6 Things You Should Never Say To A Woman In Bed

14 Mar 2017

Sexual intimacy makes both men and women vulnerable and while communication is the key to a healthy sex life, when and what you say matters. Saying the wrong thing at the wrong time can bring your romantic session to a bitter end. Stay clear from the following during a lovemaking session.

1. My ex used to...

No one likes to be compared to the ex, especially not when you're both in bed and getting cosy with one another! It's a sure shot way to put off your partner and make her feel jealous or inadequate.

2. You're doing it wrong

There really isn't a right or wrong when it comes to our bedroom tactics. However, something might not feel right for you. Instead of telling your partner she's doing something wrong, encourage her positively by telling her what you'd like her to do.

3. Did you come yet?

Asking her this puts pressure on her to have an orgasm, and she might feel the need to fake it to keep you happy. Ask her what you can do to please her instead, without focusing on the climax.

4. You need to start working out

To begin with, if you're with her, chances are you like her as she is. Don't body shame her and make her feel self-conscious when she's at her most vulnerable. If it's concern for her health that prompted this, save it for another time.

5. Dirty talk

Unexpected dirty talk can put some women off. Random dirty talk can come across as degrading and offensive. Unless this is something you are both okay with, avoid obscene language.

6. I don't like condoms, I'll just pull out

If you're a responsible adult you'll use protection. Unless a woman wants to get pregnant, it can be a nightmare to live with the uncertainty of pull-outs if periods get delayed. Show her you care by taking responsibility for her well-being.
